Making a personal book of. "Recovering Biblical Ministry by Women"

Having two hard copies of the book "Recovering Biblical Ministry by Women" by George & Dora Winston, I am in the process of making a 'personal book' of it in order to be able to make optimal use of the functionality of the Logos software. This is a pretty time-consuming (>500 pages) process. So I hope someone else values this book and is willing to do a part of this book too. Anyone in possession of a hard copy of this book and interested in making a part into a personal book? We can then exchange our parts.

I assume this book is not available in Logos? Perhaps they would be willing to make it available?
Do you know if it is copyrighted? Thanks for pointing the book out. It would be a great addition to the Logos Library

Hi Jack, I was wondering what you mean by making a 'personal book'.

... and did you now that the Winstons' book exists in Dutch : "Vrouwen in de gemeente van Christus" ?

Yes, I know. Thank you for drawing my attention for this Dutch original.
The reason I use the English version (instead of the Dutch version) for making a personal book is the fact that one can scan with his iPhone a page nearly 100% correctly in the app Apple Notes. Only the English language is supported in macOS for this feature (at this moment).0 -

By scanning this book and making a Ms Word file of it, one can import in into Logos as a personal book (with all the advantages coming with it).

Mark,
It is definitely copyright protected. Therefore I stress the condition of having a hard copy. The personal book is meant to be for personal use only.
It would be great if Logos would start to sell this book as a Logos book in their store. Imho this book shows very clearly that Bible fundamentalists should support women in accepting functions like being an elder/ preacher in the church.0 -

Not sure if you're aware of the following book. In my opinion it's the best book I've read on the matter.

From the book:
Andrew Bartlett draws on his theological learning and his skills as a judge and arbitrator to offer an even-handed assessment of the debate. His analysis is thorough but accessible. He engages with advocates of each view and all the key biblical texts, weighing the available evidence and offering fresh insights. He invites the reader to move beyond complementarian and egalitarian labels and seeks progress towards healing the division.
He comes to an egalitarian viewpoint.
