Media Collections send Blank slides to PPT and Keynote

Hello,

I am using Logos 9 and Logos 9 Baptist Portfolio and Logos 9 Platino and I am trying to senda media collection to Powerpoint and/or keynote and it opens up each new presentation but the slides are blank and white.  Nothing gets transferred.  Can you please help.  

This is the same when I highlight a portion of text and right click "visual copy".  It opens up powerpoint but it doesn't present anything into pptx.

Is there a setting I need to change in Powerpoint.

It works for me, but I'm using Logos 10 and Windows - is there a particular reason you keep with Logos 9?
