book: Bourguet, Daniel, Roger W. T. Wilkinson, and Bob Ekblad. The Silence of God during the Passion. Eugene, Oregon: Cascade Books, 2016. has two problems: 1. The TOC and book have a consistent mismatch on chapter numbers and 2. some references didn't convert correct - a matter that has been fixed quickly in other eBooks.
