Web App Notes not working within PC version of Logos 10
I've been using the Web App version since 2015 so have quite a lot of notes (mostly highlights amongst other types)
They still appear fine in the web app but within Windows 11 Logos 10 seems to load the first 7 or so but will not allow me to be open any or scroll down through them
This is a decent i9 PC with plenty of RAM , SSD etc on a 1200mb connection
My notes dont appear correctly in https://documents.logos.com/ either but again fine on the web app?

Apologies I should have posted the solution as its a quirky one, and it causes all manner of problems not just notes (text comparison +) in fact anything that requires a redraw on the screen (resize, scrolling etc)
To cut a long sorry short if you are using a performance gaming type graphics card (RTX , Nvidia, Geforce GPU) in the PC you are running the Logos standalone application (not the web version) the nvidia driver conflicts with Logos's hardware acceleration setting (under Logos - Program settings - Advanced) = turn this OFF (Enable hw acc = NO)
I thank the superstar support member Carla S for finding this after many support calls. I believe the solution has been fed back up the support chain because as simple as the fix is, the incompatibility literally cripples Logos
