Copying Footnotes to Word

When copying footnotes into MS word, I get this:

13       But we are 6bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God tfrom the beginning uchose you for salvation vthrough 7sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,

Is there someway to separate the footnotes from the word in the scripture?  My option now is to put parentheses around each footnote/number to separate it from the word.

    Hi Paul,

You have a couple of options.

    1) You could omit the footnotes altogether. Go into Program Settings and turn off Copy Footnotes by clicking on the "No" side of the slider. Then select the passage in your Bible and press Ctrl+C (Cmd+C on a Mac) and then paste into Word.

    2) You could ensure that the footnotes come into word as superscripted (which is how they show up in the Bible text in Logos). Leave Copy Footnotes turned on (which it apparently already is for you), and make sure "Copy Footnote as" is set to "Footnote" or "Auto". Copy as before, but when you paste into Word, when the paste popup menu comes up, select either "Keep Source Formatting" (the first button) or "Merge Formatting" (the second button) and Word will preserve the superscripting from Logos, and the footnotes will appear at the bottom of the page (or end of document if that's how you had them set up in Word).
