No reading plan in the ESV Study Bible?

Any idea why the ESV Study Bible does not have the Daily Bible Reading Plan like the Dead Tree copy does?

I also found that one of my daily devotionals refers to a yearly reading plan, but does not. hmmm.

In the list of pre-defined reading plans, I'm seeing a plan for the ESV Study Bible; readings from four sections of Bible every day.
