Shared Notes with Media

Hi,

When I share a notebook with another logos user (on paid version) they cannot see the media contained in that notebook on desktop. They can see it on mobile, but on desktop they just get a small icon where the picture is meant to be. Can anyone help me with this?

It might be just a licensing issue - when pictures in notes were introduced in Logos 9, there was a forum discussion on whether it was part of the free Basic package or not (marketing maybe sending conflicting signals back then), and it may still be the case that one needs a paid level of functionality to have access to that feature.

I think we will need some more details including

the OS of the receiving user

the nature ie PDF, Jpeg, m3p, m4p of the media.

I know, for example, that MacOS requires that some media has to be specifically authorised. Googling that problem will provide a general solution.

the files are JPGs

User on Windows with Logos 10 full feature set.

Have tried a second user and same issue.
