Logos carries lots of Michael F. Bird's books, and the video version of this one, but not the book. Apparently, they used to carry the book since there is an LLS ID for it (LLS:9780830898336), but not anymore (not sure why). See NB.Mick's forum post for more info.

Urging them to get the book, or get it back again if they used to have it. If they pulled the ebook because they are working on a Logos Edition, then here's urging them to get the pre-pub up there ASAP.
