I already purchased this resource but there is a problem downloading it to my desktop Logos though I can access it via web app as well as through mobile Logos app. I appreciate your help. Thanks.
If you go to your library and find that volume, and open the info panel if it isn't open yet, is there a Download button in the info panel? If so, click that and see what happens.
