This course has been "downloading" for two full days and nights but has not completed. What might be the issue?
Have you tried restarting your computer?
If that doesn't fix it, please provide logs (see my signature line).
Did you receive my reply with logs?
No! Did you attach them using the paperclip or the orange thing to its right?
I am trying again using the paper clip.
Thanks for your help.

FYI ;-)

I reviewed your logs. I am not an expert and nothing jumped out at me. I did see that 1) it tried to download but could not and 2) that you are out of date.
Did you restart your computer? If that doesn't work, with Logos CLOSED, try moving the following file DownloadManager.db to your desktop. (This will delete the file without deleting it). It can be found in this path:
C:\Users\jim\AppData\Local\Logos\Data\m0swqqjh.gya\DownloadManager\DownloadManager.db
Once you have done this, restart the app and see what happens. You might also need to update your engine.
I tried your suggestion but it is doing the same thing. I am able to open the course in the web app. What do you mean by I am out of date?

Which suggestion? It would be helpful to be explicit.
What do you mean by I am out of date?
You are running 31.0.0That isn't the current version of the app. The current version is 31.1.24. Try the command "update now." If that does not download the current version, you will need to manually do so. See this post: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/220588.aspx
I moved the file you mentioned to the desktop. There were actually two files but with the extensions .wal and .shm. After moving the files I was still getting the same result. But, after updating the app all worked and I was able to download the course.
Do I need to move those two files back or did the upgrade take care of that?
Jim
the .db file certainly would automatically be rebuilt. I don't know about the other two, but you could check to see if they are there. Probably nothing to worry about.
