BUG: Prayer list sense of time

Now I may be pretty relaxed about dates, but Logos is clearly in some time warp here ...

Since we're past January 2010, wouldn't those dates be correct, or am I misunderstanding the problem?

Exactly - and why it picks the 3rd and 4th instead of 1st and 2nd if it is going to show anything.
