Logos Program Windows constantly move to the right

When I try to arrange program windows on my desktop by dragging them into position, Logos windows always move to the right away from my cursor while I am dragging them around. This makes it difficult to position them correctly. Does anyone know what causes this? Thanks in advance!

    We need some more details from you. What version of Mac/Windows and what version of Logos?  What do you mean by "Logos windows" (the Logos app only has one window) versus "program windows"?

    A video would help as well (upload an mp4 via the paperclip icon).
