Window movements still not working as normal OSX

Beta 8 - and still the normal window movements (up/down etc) do not function using the trackpad - except occasionally, but unpredictably.

Can click on the scroll arrow in a window for single line movements, and use with Fn to move by screen. 

But clicking on or in a window (or even just placing cursor on a window to make it the live window) does not enable any movement functionality ... except sometimes!

You'll have to be more specific, or alternatively provide a list of steps which reproduce the behavior your seeing, as it doesn't sound like we can reproduce this from your description, and as such, it would be impossible to fix.

What part of the "window" are you clicking on?
