Auto high-light all certain words

Is there a way to highlight/markup or add your "personal highlights" to all certain words in a resource? For example: Let's say I want to highlight all occurrences of the word "fortress" with an orange Highlighter Pen. Something like MS Word does when you can specify to change all occurrences of a specific word to another word.

Is that doable?

You are looking for visual filters.  they will highlight the resources

Personal highlights are actually saved in the notebooks, I don’t think you can automatically do that. Visual Filters should give you what you want.

Go to documents and create a new visual filter. Select resources it applies to, select the search term and select the highlight you want.

Depending on the resource, it may take some time for the filter to work its way through the document but it should work.  Logos has training on visual Filters
