That's interesting. So if your rep knows it should be on sale, why hasn't the website been updated? I've never tried to get a rep to honor a sale price that Faithlife haven't actioned generally. Is that something that happens regularly behind the scenes with reps?

Many, many years ago, I found an orphaned thread that had a Romans commentary for a great sale price. My rep and his manager both said no to my request to purchase it. I emailed Bob and he approved the deal. That was a long time ago.[:O]
