Mobile App libraries count fewer than Desktop and Web.
Desktop and Web libraries count 2457. Mobile count 2381. Is this normal? If so what books are excluded from the Mobile app?

The easiest answer is "personal books." Does that apply to you? However, that would not apply to web. Those numbers are the same?
Are you on iOS? If so, run the command "rebuild index"

Where is the DB reindexing option or CLI in the mobile app for iPhone and iPad?

What about interactives? They're in the desktop library, but not the mobiles.

Interactive count is 18 so we’re getting closer.

I'm not an expert on the library filters. Mine below, shows 3 on my Mac and 1500+ not anywhere (but they're on my Mac!). It lost my other 5,000.
But in theory, what does your desktop library show under devices ('Not on Your Mobile')?

This isn't a reindexing. The command does something different on iOS than it does on desktop. I don't know what CLI means.
on the home page, use the command rebuild index
