Rearrange Context Menu in Mobile

Most often in mobile I want quick access to word information. If I want to see my notes I can select the individual icons. There are passages I could have as many as 10 notes on, pushing that word information to the bottom.
Could we have the context menu rearranged so word info is always at the top instead of always at the bottom?

We're actively working on improvements to the context menu on mobile which we hope will help to solve this problem.
