If you tie the notes to "reference" rather than to the surface text, you should see it in all versions.

It depends on the nature of the Note. When you attach a note to a reference, it applies to all Bible versions. If you attach a note to a selection, it is attached to the specific resource. And of course, unattached Notes are, unattached.
