Sermon document empty in Desktop App only
Hi all,
I have this strange problem where all my sermon documents on the Desktop App are empty, this has only happened since I got a new laptop. The main heading of each document is still visible, but the content of the document is blank. When I open the same document in the Web App or Mobile App, then I can see all the content of the document. Attached below are examples of what I see on the desktop app and the web app.
I am on a Mac (Intel); Logos version: Logos Bible Study 31.3.32
Any assistance would be highly appreciated,

Hi Nathan
Welcome to the forums.
To attach files to your posts you need to use either the paperclip in the tool bar above or the orange thing beside it.

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the help, I have edited my original post.

For clarification: This is happening on a SINGLE [old but new to you intel] Mac? Do you have any other desktop computers with Logos installed? If so, what appears on those devices?
Have you restarted the computer?
If that doesn't work, attach a screenshot of your settings as they relate to updates / internet. Also, enable logging (see my signature line), run the command update now, let it run, close the app, grab the logs, and post them here for a techie.
