I am curious if anyone has any thoughts on the Welwyn Commentary Series which I can get a large chunk of in the Baptist legacy package or The Christ in the Bible Commentary which is on sale this month.
Devotional commentaries in my opinion. Good but basic. I like the BE series better. I have Welwyn thanks to Wordsearch 👍
Like all series, the Welwyn series has better volumes. In general though I like it for possible sermon illustrations and possible directions to take a sermon.
