Conducted a precise search of my collection Illustrations for "Jesus wept" and received 0 results. Conducted the same search with Smart search and correctly received 17 results. All 17 hits were correct. Why did Precise search not get any results?
Difficult to say without a screenshot. Maybe you searched for "jesus wept" and had match case turned on?
