Logos 4 opens up, interlinear doesn't populate, cannot click on anything

I tried to open Logos this morning and it opened, but the interlinear didn't populate and no matter what I clicked on in the program, nothing happened. It seems to be stuck. tried to open Logos holding the control key, but never got to the sign in screen.

This is running inside Win7, under Parallels Desktop 5, on a new Macbook Pro. Had been running fine, a little slow most times, possibly because the VM only has 2 GB RAM assigned to it. I have rebooted the VM/Win7

I looked for the webpage at Logos to manually download the latest update to Logos to install over Logos to see if that would fix the issue but now I cannot find that webpage.

Any thoughts?

Let's start with killing the program, and enabling Diagnostic Logging
. Then upload your logs (Uploading Logs ).

holding down the ctrl key for a third try did finally get me the login prompt. I selected to open with a blank page and this "seems" to have fixed the issue. I'll know more when I close the program and try to restart it. Perhaps I'll try the "update now" function to make sure I'm up to date. I'm currently at 4.0d SR2
