Help with Visual Filter
I like having a visual filter that underlines NT passages with blue, OT with red, and intertestamental in green. However, when I apply this to a commentary it underlines all text. Anyways to limit it to references? Visual Filter Settings below.

The filter is doing exactly what you asked (it does the same for bibles). If you have specific references, you should state those e.g. Mt 24:1-12 OR Mt 25:1-12.
Alternatively, put the references in a Passage List and use that e.g. passagelist:"Favorite Passages"
EDIT: It seems to be connected to the "Match... " options in the VF panel menu. Try switching them ON/OFF (it seems to be connected to Match all word forms).

Turning off "Match Equivalent References" did the trick for me. Only bible hyperlinks are underlined now, as I wanted. Thanks!
