Read aloud mode

I made a book.  I want to listen to it read to me.  It reads but it does not change pages when it has gotten to the bottom of the text.  Is there a command I can put into the Word document or what could I be doing wrong.  I do have it magnified somewhat for my eyes.

Probably more of a Windows issues,  but the computer voice is horrible, maybe tolerable.  Is there a cheap way to change it or a program I can buy to make it easier on my ears?

    It probably depends on the book (Personal Book). I have one book where it will not jump the text to read the last part of the last page.
