Libraries Not Matching Up

I'm trying to figure out why my mobile/online Logos library is different than my computer program with regards to resources. On the computer, I have far less resources than my phone. For example, on my phone and online I have many more Bibles available to me (it lists 56), whereas the computer app simply has the basics (5 listed). I can go from the computer to using it online and have all my current Bibles available. 

I suppose my question is this: how can I get everything matched up? I just figured that the computer program would have everything available, not the other way around. It is all up to date as far as I can tell.

    The mobile app has "free to use" sources which you do not own (else they would be on your computer too).
