Audio playback button only plays audio for limited intervals since iOS update
Since The latest IOS update my Logos app only plays audio in small one minute (or so) intervals. If I reset my phone it will then play audio like normal. But after about a day it reverts to stopping after a minute or so of playback.
It typically happens for me on resources tagged as Bible commentary (ESV Study in particular). For some reason chapter books don’t have the problem as bad.

I'm unable to reproduce. What voice(s) are you using? Can you please attach logs to this forum thread?
- Open the app
- Reproduce the issue
- Tap the More menu in the bottom right corner (three horizontal lines icon)
- Scroll down and tap "Help"
- Tap "Report a Problem"

Ali - I think I have a similar, but perhaps not exactly the same issue. When I’m playing an audio resource, play stops when my iPhone locks. That is new to me, but I didn’t notice before this morning.
In fact, I just discovered that it won’t play at all if logos is in the background (but maybe phone is unlocked).

My phone still behaves the same way. Curious if everyone else has this problem or not. I listen to a lot of audio, but this literally happens every time I listen within the first 5 minutes unless I restart my phone. Wondering what everyone else is doing different if they don’t have to deal with this.

I have had the same issue for several months. I’ve submitted a report through the app. This happens every single time on iPhone. It doesn’t happen on my iPad. It’s a major problem, please fix it!!

We've done a deep investigation into this issue and it appears that the Logos app isn't the only app experiencing this problem.
Our suggestion is to re-download the voice you are using when the failure happens and/or try a different voice.
Please let us know if either of these workarounds resolve your issue.
