BUG or surprise - help card in Verbum

I was pleasantly surprised to see a help card pop up in Verbum. It had been restricted to Logos. When was this changed made?

    It turns out this should have been in a workable state for quite some time. All that was missing was some resource metadata, which was recently updated. So, it's not associated with any particular application version.
