Highlight all hits

In the Bible software app I used to use, you could highlight all your hits at once. I'd like to be able to do the same thing in Logos.
For example, if I search for "Ahab" in the CSB, there are 87 hits. I want to be able to highlight all the hits at the same time. It was a great time-saver.
