If there's a way to set your email newsletters to fine-tune and not recommend titles to me I've already pre-ordered, that would be great. That way I'm only seeing books I haven't already pre-ordered.

Hear hear!!!! I have been hoping for this for years!
ChristianBook does this to me all the time as well. I'll get an email 2-3 days after I place an order saying "we think you'd love this". I always say to myself "of course I would".
