Fix first your apps before you go to the subscription model

I have reported several issues. I would like first to see the promises to fix this before announce for new features on a subscription basis. I see this will never get fixed, even Logos claims to update the app. I have seen this in other software too. They want the money with the reason for improving the software, but then NON is happening. The money comes in, so why we should work?
