Factbook "Referred to As -> Greek" section doesn't seem to be returning all possible results

This is with Logos 32.1 on Windows 11

As per the screenshot below when looking at the Factbook entry for Edler, the Referred to As -> Greek entry for ἄρχων just all three results - all in the apocrypha.

But a search for that lemma translated as ruler shows 43 results - many of which are in the New Testament.

Is there a problem in how this is working?

Your search is looking for all the places where the lemma ἄρχων is translated as "ruler", but that's not what the Factbook section is showing. Factbook is showing all the places where the lemma ἄρχων is tagged as person:"An Elder". The equivalent search would be: lemma.g:ἄρχων INTERSECTS person:"An Elder"
