Anyone else? I wish Blockquotes & Illustration TEXT would stay BLACK instead of GRAY

I use Sermon Documents every week, writing sermons. I constantly take a little extra time to change the text in Blockquotes and illustration (from dropdown menu) from the default (GRAY) to BLACK, so it is more easily visible. I sure would like the option of setting this as a default.
Anyone else?
