Font size in Notes

How do you increase font size in pop up window when hovering over a footnote? I think it has to do with scaling the content of a resource. At least I remember that is the way it is done in Microsoft Word. I have read the forums but could not find anything.

    Change Program Scaling in Tools > Program Settings. Open in a different tile, so that you can view it together with the book and check the affect immediately.
