Click on Insert all did absolutely nothing.

I can't replicate this even after trying different options. It's also hard to tell what option(s) you have toggled based on your screenshot.
Could you upload a photo that shows the entire Sermon Assistant pane and the `idea` you inserted into the input box? That might help us track down the root issue and give us a better environment to test with. The photo below is an example of the information we are seeking.
