To replicate:

Open the notes tool
Click "All Notes"
Add a filter and click"Done"
Now the notes are filtered and the filter appears at the top with an "X". Clicking the "X" is supposed to delete the filter. Instead, it opens / closes the menu due to the new UI. (As a workaround, it is possible to delete it by reopening the filter menu)

This is fixed in the v33 update we released earlier this week.
