BUG: Reading Experience Dulled By Formatting

From the two screen shots, this book, Going Deeper with Biblical Hebrew suffers from poor formatting.  The whole book either has no spaces between paragraphs and no bold section heading like the print copy or whole pages are centered weirdly.

Both really distract from reading or using this resource for study.

Please fix.
