Making PPT slide from highlighted material

is there a way to copy highlighted / marked up material from Logos to a PPT or Keynote slide for teaching purposes in a SS class?

Your best bet is probably to take a screenshot.

I would recommend right clicking your selection and choosing "Visual Copy"?
