I am looking for a resource that tells about the meaning of names and others from the original resources. I am not sure whether I have it or not. The problem is that you cannot swim in the ocean.
You probably have this one.
Thank you Justin. I have it it's good.
Is there another resource ?
Here are a couple from searching the Logos store.
https://www.logos.com/product/166860/quicknotes-dictionary-of-bible-names
https://www.logos.com/product/2674/the-exhaustive-dictionary-of-bible-names
Here are two more that are very inexpensive but probably not as useful as the two Roy mentioned:
https://www.logos.com/product/161498/an-interpreting-dictionary-of-scripture-proper-names-showing-the-meaning-of-nearly-all-the-names-of-persons-and-places-in-the-bible -- just shows the meaning of each name (an older book, from 1871)
https://www.logos.com/product/56326/the-book-of-bible-names-fast-facts-on-all-2026-people-named-in-scripture -- includes very brief definition, meaning of the name, and Scripture references
There's also this one, which I have in Ebook edition but it's now in pre-pub (probably for a Logos Research Edition) and the Ebook is no longer available, so you'd have to wait for it. But it's pretty good. It includes all the proper names, not just names of people.

Here's an excerpt:
For Hebrew names, this web site is useful Why you want to study the Bible, and transcend religion (abarim-publications.com)
In German there is also
https://de.logos.com/product/229073/namen-des-ewigen
and
https://de.logos.com/product/187712/biblisches-namenlexikon
Don't think it's been mentioned... but "All the divine names and titles in the bible" by Herbert Lockyer. If it has, I missed it, sorry for the duplication.
Thank you all for being so helpful. All of them are good.
You might like this on too. I just realized that it was floating around in that "Ocean" I call a library...[;)]

Edit: This book does not really give the meaning of the name but it does give a lot of information about the person who is thusly named.

I have this one and it is very useful, it explains in more detail about the person and his activities. But I have not found still exactly what I am looking for, I want a resource that tells about the meanings of the names of the persons, for example Jesus means a savior. just like that. The reason for this is that in most cases the names given to them have an influence on their lives and ministries.
Tes,
If you are looking for a book that has a simple list of the meaning of names in scripture, the first one that Rosie Perera shared might fit your needs:
An Interpreting Dictionary of Scripture Proper Names, Showing the Meaning of Nearly All the Names of Persons and Places in the Bible | Logos Bible Software
Here is an example from the book:
"Jesui, even-tempered; flat country.
Jesus, savior; deliverer.
Jether, he that excels.
Jetheth, giving.
Jethlah, hanging up; heaping up.
Jethro, his excellence; his posterity.
Jetur, order; succession; mountainous.
Jeuel, God hath taken away; God heaping up."[1]

I bought this resource yesterday and have seen it, but there is something I do not understand, for example: it says "Martha who becomes bitter; provoking". but I doubt if this is the meaning of her name. Because it describes her behavior during the time she was visited by Jesus.

Tes, you can also find the meanings of biblical names in many Bible dictionaries. I think that particular dictionary is making a mistake about Martha's name, connecting it with "Mara" which means bitter (think of the story of Ruth & Naomi, where Naomi says she should be called Mara now that she has lost her two sons, because Mara means "bitter").
If you right-click on a name in the Bible, you will find the option to look up the meaning of that name in various resources. Or you can make a collection of Reference resources that have names in them, and do a search on that name, restricted to those Reference resources. That might help you more than finding the perfect resource to look them all up in.
Here's an example from my Library of both Martha and Mara.
From ChatGPT:
The name Martha originates from Aramaic and means "lady" or "mistress." In the Bible, Martha is known for her hospitality and practical nature. One prominent story featuring Martha is found in Luke 10:38-42, where she and her sister Mary welcome Jesus into their home. Martha becomes preoccupied with serving and complains to Jesus that Mary isn't helping. Jesus gently reminds her that Mary has chosen the better part, focusing on spiritual nourishment over worldly concerns. This story teaches lessons about balancing serving others with personal devotion and prioritizing spiritual growth.
