Why are some people getting a 30 day trial of Logos Pro and others only 14 Days? I’ve seen people posting pictures for both.

On a serious note, there's a post or two about that; IIRC, marketing is supposed to be testing different trial periods, so some people may get 14 days, while others get 30 days. I also remember mention of 7 days.
And I signed up and the charged me right away! I think they were just too eager to get my money. lol [8-|]

I just had the realization that I didn't get any free trial...
I originally saw no trial on the site. Then someone mentioned a 30-day trial so I went back and saw it was there, so I signed up for it. Then someone else mentioned a 14-day trial after that.
It seems like they've changed the site several times.

I emailed customer service earlier, but they probably won't get back to me until tomorrow. I'll post an update when I do hear back.
A better question would be "why did some people not get a trial at all ?"! I got charged instantly.........
No free trial/charged instantly here as well.
I rarely criticize Logos but this should have been figured out before the trial launched. Very confusing and annoying.

I read somewhere in one of the many threads that there was a glitch regarding this in the system at the very beginning. I cannot find the post via search because, well, there are so many threads and I cannot stand the search function here. If I do find it, I'll post a link.
