But are you doing the search in a Bible or non-biblical book?

If wanting genuine cross-references, use the "Cross Reference" option rather than "Footnote Text" in the screenshot above.

Follow the example in my screenshot above but select Cross reference instead of Footnote text

Graham.... Looks like thing changed in Logos Early Access.... I don't get to choose .... it's all chosen for me (see below). What did I miss? Thanks!

I believe it defaults to the values last used; click on it to open the selection menu.
