Weird "Exclusive Discount" ad

I've had Logos 10 for years and have 30K+ books in my Library. Why is this Exclusive Discount on "Your First Logos 10 Package" being advertised to me? "Logos Starter"? Really???

Something is messed up with the algorithm of how to show exclusive discount ads. Clearly, if someone is logged into their Logos account, the site ought to know what they already own.
