Double-Space in Notes

How do I double-space or adjust spacing of text at all in my notes? Manually takes too long considering I am copying and pasting in quite a lot of information.

    Notes does not pretend to be a document editor with full paragraph and line spacing options as you might gather when you paste formatted text.

    After using the Enter key to simulate line spacing, you can adjust the size of the font (and the font style).
