The HELP file TOC refers to AI credits which I find neither in the text of the Help file nor in the application. In addition, the final elements of the tool bar have inconsistencies in sequence in application, Help File TOC and the Help file text.

Can you expand on this please MJ?
I see a definition of AI credits in the article accessed from the ToC (screenshot from Logos helpfile and the equivalent article is available in the Verbum help file)
I've made the correction - the AI falls into the out of sequence category - and no visibility on the tool bar. I know it says a message will appear when one nears the limit ... but I see no space for it. Perhaps I am confused not only by the location of updates and indexing (out of sequence) and the use of "Help" to refer to the application menu.
Thanks for this, MJ. You're absolutely right about the items appearing out of order. I believe the thinking for Updates and Indexing appearing where it does, is that it's significant enough to warrant a more prominent place in the ToC. I see that there aren't any links from the Synchronization heading to the Updates & Indexing section. Would adding links in bring clarity to the organizational structure?

A bit ... but simply putting the updates and indexing as a group item where it first appears would be better as it doesn't break the organizational pattern; alphabetic or physical order seem to me to be the only orders that a user can reasonably be expected to recognize.
