From Windows to Mac - Do you give up having it on Windows?

I've ordered a MAC and expected to have Logos on my Desktop and the Apple Lab top. HOWEVER....

I read that one can do a 'crossover' of their license. Does that mean one could NOT have Logos 4 on two types of machines and both are kept up via the internet connection?

You can run it on both Windows and Mac with one license.

You can use Bootcamp to create a Windows partition and then install Windows. I have a Win7 partition on mine for the time being. For me I am only a couple of pieces of software away from being totally Mac. Logos for Mac works for me and I have only used the Windows version to update.

Logos for Mac works for me and I have only used the Windows version to update.

Just curious what you mean by this. What kind of update do you need to do on the Windows version?

Thankful for option of using a Logos 4 library on variety of devices: iPad, iPhone, Mac, and WIndows.

Bootcamp runs Windows faster since Mac OS X not running. Both Bootcamp and virtualization options need appropriate WIndows software and license. Know of several forum posters that now use Logos 4 Mac exclusively.

Larry, I have Logos 4 on my PC windows 7 laptop and my Mac mini. With the exception of some cosmetic and print the mac is almost the same as the PC version. I would be comfortable running the mac only as I don't do that much printing.

Logos 4 Mac has come a long way since beta 1 and for my study habits I find it able to now replace my WordSearch9 app which is not a native mac app but runs under X and not as responsive, as Logos 4 searching etc.

From the short time I have worked with Logos both as a consumer and early mac beta tester, I am confident that Logos with have both versions technically equal with each other, so you can feel confident in your choice to go Mac, it will not hinder you e-study.

Larry, I have both PC and MAC, in my opinion MAC is faster than PC but L4 in PC included printing, handout those things in L4 MAC cannot be used yet, but I love L4 in my MAC

THANKS people for your response. My MAC came today and I'm installing Logos 4 as a MAC version. I'm not going to have to add Windows 7 system with LOGOS have MAC now. Thanks for your help.
