Error in Logos Startup

I have had this happen several times now- see pic of desktop:

This is not the normal desktop screen and when I try to exit or quit program is unresponsive, I have to go to task mgr and force it to close. It now is starting to affect even that process by not allowing TM to close. I have had to power down the PC to get out of Logos.

Here is the only error file dated for today:

It is for v32.1 and is recent, so it should be posted in the Desktop Forum (not the Beta Forum).

And you need to provide the Logos.log file
