Just upgraded to Logos 10 Gold. The upgrade worked flawlessly on my iMac but will not start on my Macbook Pro. Both are running MacOS Sonoma 14.5. I have already tried the basics (uninstall/reinstall, reboot). Nothing is working so far. Help?

Provide more details of your attempt to start and try to capture/upload some logs. What version of Logos?
Please check which version of Logos is installed on your MacBook and double check you have the right version downloaded for your chip set.
