The gospel of John is always a good place to begin because of John 20:30-31.

However, it depends on the men who would study with you. Another idea is an overview of the Old Testament and New Testament.  This would require select readings each week that would be a springboard to discusing the main events of the Bible.

From one who has done this before, it doesn't matter what you start with but make is as easy as possible, I've used serval different books, like by Jerry Bridges, NT Wright and so on. It's what you include in you study (prayer, give everyone a chance to speak, and let conversation be allowed) it's more a way to build relationships.

I would suggest a good place to start a men's bible class would be 1-2 Timothy and Titus.   I know, I know, many call them the "Pastoral epistles" but still there is a lot in those books that men should strive to put in their lives. If men lived up to the things taught in those books....we'd certainly have better men!

    In my humble opinion.  [8-|]

xn = Christan man=man -- Acts 11:26 "....and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch".
