When no other panels are open on my desktop app, how do I set a panel to open on the right side?

    This was the default until v32. Now the left is default. https://wiki.logos.com/Logos_32.0

    You can't, it is not customizable.

    Wherever you are opening it from, you should be able to drag rather than clicking in order to place it where you want.
