Bought a new translation in Logos Store, but I can't get it to show up in my desktop software

Hello!

Just purchased a new Bible Translation– for which the Store indicates: "You already own this resource";  But I cannot cause it to show up in my Logos Desktop Software (on Windows)!

I cannot remember having this issue before.  Is there any way I can cause it to update my newly purchased resources?

Thank You!

Could you have accidentally hidden it? Go to Program Settings and scroll down to the "Hidden Books" section. Click to expand that and then look in that list to see if this translation is in there. If it is, you can right click on it and then click "Unhide".

Thank you for your reply Rosie!

Nope!  My Desktop Software seems to have NO idea that That resource exists.

BUT I Did Notice that when I am on “app.logos.com,” that Bible translation (which I purchased today) seems to open just fine (although with the decreased feature-set of the web-app), so I’ve Zero idea why my Desktop Software can’t seem to download it:  I seem to recall that That download has always happened Automatically in the past (just as one would expect).

    What translation is this affecting?

And please post a screenshot (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor) showing your Library when searching for the traslation.

Are you saying that it cannot be found in Library? Or that it cannot be opened from the Command Box (when you enter the title)?

Has it downloaded yet? I.E. what are your program settings for downloading new resources?

If you have new resources waiting to be downloaded, you will see a number (1 or higher) in a blue circle in the notification area in the lower left of your screen. Some resources will download automatically, but for some (for some reason I can't remember) you have to close Logos and restart it to get them to download. So try that.
