pivotal intertestamental period events
Am I missing any of the pivotal intertestamental period events in my list? I thought there was a way to pull this up. I could not find it in Logos. Maccabean revolt, Alexander the Great defeated Darius of Persia, creation of the initial synagogues, Aramaic and Hellenistic Greek replaced Biblical Hebrew as the common tongue during the Hasmonean and Herodian dynasties' dominance, which was followed by Roman rule, creation of the Greek Septuagint, the earliest Hebrew scriptures translation into a foreign language and Pompey of Rome conquered Israel, putting all of Judea under control of the Caesars.

The events that are pivotal depends upon the topic you are tracking ...
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Well I am tracking the parting of the ways between Jews and Christians in late antiquity and the Jewish origins of the New Testament.

Not topics on which I am well informed

Well, my Logos Advanced Timeline has 18,066 tagged events during the Intertestamental Period. Determining what is "pivotal" is the task of a scholar.
